Cancellation Policy
- If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us three (three) business hours notice.
- In the case of an appointment between 12pm-4pm, we must be notified by 9am the same day.
- VOICEMAILS are not accepted after hours.
- It is only possible to cancel a service call over the phone with a live agent, who will provide you with a cancellation code.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours will result in a reduced service call charge of $59CAD + tax.

Warranty Checkup Rules and Guidelines:
- Other parts on appliances repaired by #1 Appliance Repair are not covered by the warranty.
- After the warranty expires, it is no longer valid.
- Any type of clog is not covered by the warranty.
- Wrong usage and/or damage caused directly or indirectly by the user will void the warranty.
- In the event that any foreign objects enter the pump, motor, or any other mechanical part of the appliance, the warranty will not be valid.
- Whenever possible, we strive to repair your appliance without replacing parts in order to minimize repair costs.
- A warranty will not be valid if the same problem occurs again requiring a replacement part.
